Returns

• Unworn and Unwashed Items:
  • You may return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 7 days of purchase.
  • Items must be returned with original tags and packaging.
• Sale Items:
  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds

• Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and process your refund.
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
• Please allow 48 hours for your refund to process.

Shipping Costs

• Return Shipping:
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• Original Shipping Costs:
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exceptions

• Items that are intimate or sanitary goods (like underwear) cannot be returned.
• Items that are considered consumable goods (like perfume) cannot be returned.
